An Art Director in the AAA games industry with experience ranging from doing nightclub flyers to being a Studio Art Director. He studied Visual Communication and Production Design at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - School of Design.

Where the efforts of a mason or a furniture maker can be appreciated physically, fiction must be appreciated by our intellect and our imagination.
As such, the care with which we craft images, worlds and experiences is essential, because it forms the vocabulary with which we express our concerns, hopes and aspirations.
The main focus of my work is crafting unique aesthetics, and ensuring that these aesthetics are understandable and reproducible.
By carefully elevating certain visual elements while simultaneously avoiding others, I build a particular, recognizable and reproducible visual signature.
This craft is closely related to other crafts such as Narrative, UX, UI, and Design. I do this professionally for AAA and mobile game projects.
Logotypes, iconography and visual identity made to build and support a company or brand identity. Here, understanding and utilizing visual associations to achieve the preferred messaging is key.
Obviously this craft is identical whether doing it for actual or imaginary clients. As such this craft is an essential part of good world building and IP art direction.

They strengthen the world and setting, by adhering to the rules laid out by the art direction, narrative and world building, making the experience feel coherent.
